Important: how long we keep website form data

We aim to keep personal information submitted through our website forms for no longer than 2 days on the website. During this short period, form entries may be stored within our website (via Gravity Forms) so we can process your order or respond.

After this, we delete the form entries from the website. We receive the order/enquiry details by email, and we may retain those emails for longer where needed to fulfil orders, provide customer support, and meet legal/accounting obligations.

Note: Web hosting and technical backups may mean copies persist for a limited period in secure backup systems before being overwritten. We do not use backups as a way to “keep” your data, and access is restricted.
